This came during his participation in the internet in a symposium prepared by the "British-Turkish Understanding Center" entitled "Civilizations in the era of Covid-19".
The Turkish presidency spokesperson pointed out the importance of countries' cooperation in overcoming epidemic challenges such as the Coruna epidemic.
He stressed that "at Covid-19, it was found that the immunity of the current world order is vulnerable and much weaker than we thought."
They said that the impact of the Corona virus will be greatly affected by the global economy, noting that some economists estimate the cost of the virus at 3 to 5 trillion dollars.
He stressed that the recovery of national and global economies may take several years.
He added that the Corona virus revealed the importance of biological, cyber and food security in human life.
He said, "At this stage, biosecurity and cybersecurity will be more important, because we are doing everything online, including this seminar."
He continued: "This may seem comfortable, but it also brings with it many security holes, because transactions via the Internet mean that you are vulnerable to all forms of cyber attacks."
They said that the countries of the world adopted a unilateral policy to confront Corona, saying: "This may seem natural and expected, but in the age of globalization everything has become intertwined with each other, no matter how unilaterally the countries follow preventive policies against the virus, but the walls that protect them are fragile. ".
He stressed the importance of countries to increase their own capabilities in the face of disasters such as the Corona pandemic, stressing at the same time the need to meet the needs of people who have bad conditions on the face of the globe.
On the Syrian issue, they said that the Astana talks between Turkey, Russia and Iran have alleviated violence on the ground in Syria, pointing out the importance of achieving them before the spread of the global epidemic of Corona.
And he showed a difference in the Turkish viewpoint with Iran and Russia regarding the future of the Syrian regime, saying: "We believe that we do not see him (Bashar al-Assad) as a leader."
He stressed the importance of Turkey seeing legal and fair elections in Syria, stressing the importance of the work of the Constitution Drafting Committee.
A presidential spokesman said: "The stakeholders look to Syria according to their narrow interests. No one considers Syria unified and pays no attention to the Syrian people."
He continued: "Moreover, some countries are looking for ways to keep their military bases in Syria, and others control the oil wells. These small accounts make it more difficult to find sustainable clashes in Syria."
